CardTrac is a sports card inventory and portfolio management platform. It allows users to track card collections, record purchase and sale data, calculate profit and loss, and view portfolio analytics. CardTrac is a tool for personal record-keeping and organization.
IMPORTANT: CardTrac is not a financial advisor. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, or tax advice. Portfolio values, P/L calculations, and market data are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
To use CardTrac you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use CardTrac. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
You agree not to create accounts for others without their permission, share your account credentials, or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.

CardTrac may offer a free tier with limited functionality. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.

You own all data and content you submit to CardTrac, including your card inventory data, notes, and photos. By using the Service, you grant CardTrac a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for any purpose other than operating the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for ensuring you have the right to upload any images.
CardTrac, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by CardTrac and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission. Player names, team names, and card set names referenced in the Service are property of their respective owners.
Your use of CardTrac is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using CardTrac, you agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
CardTrac is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Market values displayed are estimates only and may not reflect actual market conditions. CardTrac does not guarantee the accuracy of any pricing data.
Sports card values can go up or down. Past portfolio performance does not guarantee future results. CardTrac accepts no responsibility for financial losses related to buying, selling, or holding sports cards.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardTrac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@cardtrac.io. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of account deletion, except where required to retain it by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
